We just returned from the gourd society retreat in Paisley Florida. After 5 days of classes we are going to be showing new items in the gourd gallery shortly
Long time client and friend Joe Spencer of http://www.torch-fired-enamels.com/ came in on Monday to photograph his entries for the international competition with the Enamelist Society http://www.enamelistsociety.org/. Joe is one of only a few people in the country that use multi torch firing of enamels. Good luck Joe.

The painting with light class was a success at the railroad museum. We will be posting students images as soon as the send them. The Florida Railroad Museum is a great place and we will be teaching there again in March. Call Jim at 727-596-7822 to sign up for the class.

Saturday Photographed a Bar Mitzvah at Temple B’nai Israel in Clearwater then I was at Countryside Country Club. The Hollander family had a great time and I saw my clients from previous Bar Mitzvah’s the Simon family and the Lichtenstein family. I will post images from the party this week.
Today is the meeting of the Saint Petersburg Waterfront Parks Centennial Celebration Photo Committee. We are going to choose the Best in Show winner tonight. It was fun judging this years entries and we had lots of images to choose from. Congratulations to all who entered this year. Boyd Hill Photo Contest judging on Wednesday. Looking forward to that as well.
Today is Clay day. Cheryl and Jim are working in the clay studio creating interesting bowls. We will have them for sale at our Holiday Craft sale on the 26-28 of November. Today is also the Tampa Area Professional Photographers Association meeting and the guest speaker is Matt Koslowski from the National Association of Photoshop Professionals. I will be attending the program so that I can learn new tips to share with my students.
